Mogs Bazely

Mogs (Margaret) Bazely is a Methodist local preacher, independent pastoral supervisor and trainer based in Derbyshire. She is a co-director of the Institute for Pastoral Counselling. Recent roles have included Free Church chaplaincy at Great Yarmouth College of Further & Higher Education, accreditation assessor for the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and school project manager for the Place2Be, in two primary schools in Nottingham. She holds accreditations as a senior pastoral supervisor and educator with APSE, and senior counsellor/ psychotherapist and trainer with BACP.

Research interests:  establishment of multidisciplinary pastoral supervision groups involving lay and ordained participants for resilience, pastoral interpretation and vocational development.
